We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our EMEA team at Future Electronics. As a Data Analyst, you will provide high-quality, confidential, and comprehensive analytical support and organizational assistance within the EMEA Human Resources Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide analytical support for HR-related activities, including data analysis, research, and special projects.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards for all EMEA regions, including Time & Attendance, HR Reports, and other business area reports.
- Collect, manipulate, and analyze data for monthly salary reports, bonus payments, and other HR-related metrics.
- Collate talent and succession information and create relevant analysis to support management decisions.
- Regularly review and audit HR data to ensure accuracy and provide benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Support ongoing monitoring of key HR and Reward metrics and provide ad-hoc HR data requirements or analysis as needed.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, pivots tables, logical functions, and math functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
