About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our EMEA team at Future Electronics. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, confidential, and comprehensive analytical support to the EMEA Human Resources Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HR reports, including HR Dashboards for all EMEA regions, Time & Attendance, HR Reports for various business areas, and Starters and Leavers weekly reports.
- Manage and analyze data from various sources, including the Car database and the Holiday database.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly bonus payments processes.
- Collate Talent and Succession information and create relevant analysis to support management decisions.
- Conduct HR data audits to ensure accuracy and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform benchmarking and competitive analysis to support business decisions.
- Provide analytical support for ongoing monitoring of key HR and Reward metrics.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with advanced skills in creating spreadsheets, charts, pivot tables, logical functions, and math functions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking and proactive outlook.
