Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Area Sales Business Growth Manager to join our growing team. As the face of our business in your designated geographical patch, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
About the RoleThis is a sales management position that requires strong relationship-building skills, a proven track record of sales success, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a wider team. You'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers, winning new business, and building long-lasting partnerships.
Your typical day will involve actively listening to clients' needs, applying the HSS sales process, and promoting the benefits of using our marketplace to our clients and customers. You'll need to be self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain strong relationships within the business and externally
- Win new business and build long-lasting partnerships
- Actively listen to clients' needs and apply the HSS sales process
- Promote the benefits of using our marketplace to our clients and customers
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of sales success within your current field
- Work experience in a B2B selling role
- The ability to build rapport using a mature, consultative approach to sales-selling on service and value
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team
- Self-motivation and a results-driven approach, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Our salary range is estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on your experience. In addition to your base salary, you'll receive a range of benefits, including:
