We are seeking a highly organized and confident individual to join our growing scheduling team based in Knaresborough. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance and call-out services.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and schedule engineer works, taking into account the location of booked jobs and the location/qualifications of attending engineers.
- Relay full details of jobs to engineers, ensuring repeat visits are avoided.
- Ensure customers are provided with all relevant information for the works to be completed.
- Deal with any queries or issues that arise from scheduled works.
- Ensure customers' needs are met, while considering business costs involved with processing works.
- 1+ years' experience in a telephone-based admin role.
- 1+ years' experience in a scheduling environment would be beneficial.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence and ability to deal directly with customers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- The ability to manage clients' expectations and requirements.
- UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- Up to £26,000 pa, dependent on experience.
- Excellent training and development opportunities.
