New Product Launch Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled New Product Launch Manager to join our team at Travail Employment Group. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in new product launches in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
The role will be challenging, and we seek a resilient candidate able to manage multiple projects effectively in a pressurised and quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the plant from kick-off meeting until achievement of the Launch targeted KPIs.
- Coordinate all the activities inside the plant to ensure a flawless launch.
- Manage plant convergence plans in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Define the plant project timing, in accordance with the global project timing.
- Define the project and all the core functions the needs for the project in the plant.
- Raise the DAI's and drive the workflow.
- Follow all the KPIs in the launch book.
- Collect and monitor data regarding plant launch costs, report to Plant Manager and Project Manager, manage recovery action plans.
- Schedule organise drives, monitor the trial runs and scorecards, according to project master schedule, including run @ rate.
Requirements:
- Educated to Degree-level qualification in production management or Industrial methods or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
