Here at **Logic Fire & Security,** we’re seeking a **Business Support Administrator & Planning Co-Ordinator **to join our team based in our **Knaresborough **office working 5 days in office. Our engineering work force is the backbone of our business and supporting them to ensure they deliver their expertise on site to our clients is a pivotal role where your geographical, organisational, and administrative prowess will be utilised.

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- You will be working with the Commercial Team and Infield Service Delivery Team’s to support the business operational goals, objectives, new initiatives, and drive business growth. This requires strong time management skills and disciplined work behaviour and good communication skills
- You will comply with Health & Safety Policy and safe working practices, ensure responsibility for safety and discipline in work area and report accidents and ‘near misses’ in accordance with defined safety procedures.
- You will be assisting the Divisional Heads of Dept in ensuring that the division commercial and compliance goals and objectives are achieved through the efficient/Cost effective utilisation of labour resource, ensuring alignment with operational strategic goals
- You will ensure that we have adequate operational coverage in all operational/reporting activities

**Experience required for the role**:

- Ideally you will have previous experience in a labour resource planning role, but if you have none please do apply
- You will be able to listen and communicate professionally, personably, and effectively with customers and Logic employees alike
- You will understand when to communicate and escalate concerns or issues
- You will possess a strong work ethic with excellent time management skills and levels of organisation
