We are collaborating with a client who provides premium materials to the domestic and international pet food industries. They are renowned for their customer-first approach, delivering superior products and exceptional service.

Role Overview

This role focuses on commercial and systems-based administrative tasks. You will support the Sales, Operations, and Senior Management Teams with various critical business tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and invoice customer orders for the Pet Food, Pet Treats, and Meat Sales Teams.
  • Support the Operations and Logistics Teams with production planning and stock management.
  • Assist the Marketing and Insights Teams with data input and key projects.
  • Take minutes and document and file correctly.
  • Process expenses.
  • Perform a range of office-related tasks to ensure team efficiency.
  • Manage general office duties.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer queries and welcome visitors to the site.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proven track record in administration or office management.
  • Organized, proactive, and hands-on approach.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
