Handyman/ Snagger

**Winner Recruitment** are looking for a **Handyman/ snagger** to join a growing construction company in and around **Knaresborough**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assess and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action
- Complete tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance person duties
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other team members when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proven experience in performing a variety of maintenance person tasks
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Leadership skills to supervise and guide other team members
- Attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship in completing repairs and maintenance tasks

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From £33,000.00 per year
