Here at **Logic Fire & Security** we’re looking for a **Project Coordinator** to join our team based in **Knaresborough**. This new role would be ideal for an individual who is looking to work within our expanding projects team and would suit someone who is able to work on their own initiative, as well as supporting our busy team. The role will include working closely with all areas of the business, as well as external clients and contractors, therefore you will be someone that thrives on being tasks focused.

**What we offer**:
**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Supporting the Projects department while liaison with all other departments.
- Manage the Installation Workbook to ensure all jobs are included and planned accordingly, including all associated paperwork.
- Responsible for producing RAMS and O&M manuals.
- Assisting the Head of Department and Project Manager(s) with their day-to-day duties.

**Experience required for the role**:

- Computer literate with experience of using project management tools an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of projects running concurrently and to short time frames.
- Must be able to multitask and flexible to handle stressful circumstances and ability to learn new tools and processes quickly to then be able to support others.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organised with a knack for creativity and resourcefulness.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
