We are looking for a talented First Line Service Desk Expert to join our EMEA Services team in Sheffield, UK. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service and support to our clients, working closely with the Customer Support team to resolve incidents efficiently and deliver exceptional customer value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL and experience working with Microsoft Office suite, Active Directory, and user administration. Proficiency in German is required for this role, as it involves communication with German-speaking customers.

In this role, you will be tasked with communicating all relevant service details to the client in a user-friendly manner, working proactively to address risks and resolve incidents efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
