Telecoms Service Desk Specialist

This position involves responding to calls from engineers, security companies, and monitoring centres, providing high-level support as needed.
Key responsibilities include tracking issues from logging to resolution via email and Salesforce tickets, troubleshooting PSTN/Broadband faults, and supporting new device installations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network and telephony systems, including PSTN, ADSL, and diagnostic testing (Ping tests, dial tone checks). Experience with service desk handling calls, emails, and ticket logging is also necessary.
