About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a longstanding organisation in Rotherham as an IT Service Desk Analyst. The successful candidate will provide technical support to 1000 users across various technologies, offering opportunities for skill development and growth.
Responsibilities:- Offer reactive support via the service desk or on-site assistance
- Contribute to internal projects by shadowing senior IT staff and learning from them
- Proven experience in Windows Server administration
- Active Directory and Group Policy knowledge
- Microsoft 365 (Entra, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive) skills
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS
- MS Office application support expertise
- Network troubleshooting experience
- VMware knowledge
