We are searching for a skilled IT Help Desk Manager to manage the Service Desk operations for our Technology sector client. This individual will be responsible for leading the Incident and Service Request processes for both internal and external customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and support of all on-site IT systems and applications.
  • A solid understanding of ERP systems is crucial.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with the support team to develop their skills and performance.
  • This role involves working with cloud-based technologies, including Azure hosting, AVD, RDS, and Microsoft Office solutions.
  • Implement measures to ensure uninterrupted IT support services during weekend and business hours.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and development to support business growth.
  • Monitor SLAs/Targets adherence by the support team.
