Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a talented Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Burlington Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a front desk team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
A strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service is required. Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, is also necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Front Desk team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure every guest feels valued and welcomed.
- Address guest needs promptly and professionally, building lasting impressions and guest loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, rates, and guest profiles, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
- Motivate the team to achieve upselling targets by suggesting room upgrades and additional services.
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety standards, oversee emergency procedures, and maintain a secure environment for guests and team members.
