Salary Information

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process
• Provide information about hotel facilities and services, such as dining options and local attractions
• Handle guest queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Work closely with other teams, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing exceptional customer service
