About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Burlington Hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a front desk team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless guest services.

A strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service is required. Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front Desk team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure every guest feels valued and welcomed.
  • Address guest needs promptly and professionally, building lasting impressions and guest loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of occupancy, rates, and guest profiles, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
  • Motivate the team to achieve upselling targets by suggesting room upgrades and additional services.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel safety standards, oversee emergency procedures, and maintain a secure environment for guests and team members.
