Job Title: Hotel Operations Director UK
">About the Role:
This strategic position oversees the operations of a hotel group in Northern England. The successful candidate will provide inspiring leadership, drive business performance, and optimize revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable operations across properties, food & beverage outlets, and other revenue streams.
- Orient business performance optimization towards top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including owners and investors, on day-to-day hotel operations.
- Maintain brand integrity and business objectives aligned with operating contracts, policies, and practices.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in all operations activities.
Requirements:
- Strategic Business Leadership: Develop plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Cultivate Engagement: Build loyalty to the company.
- Generate Alignment: Ensure high-level performance and consistency throughout the portfolio.
- Execution: Utilize systems, tools, and resources to accomplish results and achieve goals.
- Advanced Communication Skills: Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Analytical Skills: Read, analyze, interpret, and execute complex documents.
- Problem-Solving: Identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid recommendations and solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in similar titles and/or scope of responsibility.
- Hospitality industry experience is advantageous.
- Small to Medium size organization experience.
- Fast-paced/high change/growing company experience.
Estimated Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per year
