About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Policy Adviser to join our team at Selwood Housing Group.

As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert advice and support to employees and management, ensuring we stay up-to-date with employment laws and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and management on employment policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and grievances.
  • Conduct performance management and development activities to support employee growth and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to drive people-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualification level 3 or above.
  • Previous experience as a HR advisor or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations.
  • Knowledge of employment policies and case law.
