About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Policy Adviser to join our team at Selwood Housing Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and support to both employees and management, ensuring we stay on top of employment laws and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business on people-related projects
  • Review and improve HR metrics to drive better outcomes
  • Support the development and implementation of employee relations strategies
Requirements
  • CIPD qualification level 3 or above
  • Previous experience as a HR advisor or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of employment policies and case law
