We are seeking a highly skilled HR Policy Adviser to join our team at Selwood Housing Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert advice and support to employees and management, ensuring we stay up-to-date with employment laws and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and management on employment policies and procedures
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business on people-related projects, including performance management and policy development
- Spearhead change initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR metrics
- CIPD qualification level 3 or above
- Previous experience as a HR advisor or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices
- Strong experience in Employee Relations
- Knowledge of employment policies and case law
