HR Adviser Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join our team at Selwood Housing Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational development initiatives.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
