About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Policy Adviser to join our team at Selwood Housing Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert advice and support to both employees and management, ensuring we stay on top of employment laws and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and management on employment policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and grievances
  • Conduct performance management and development activities to support employee growth and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business on people-related projects to drive better outcomes
Requirements
  • CIPD qualification level 3 or above
  • Previous experience as a HR advisor or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of employment policies and case law
