We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Adviser to join our team at Selwood Housing Group. As an HR Adviser, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and support to employees and management, ensuring that our organization remains compliant with employment laws and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management on employment-related matters
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to drive business outcomes and improve HR metrics
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and best practices, and provide guidance to employees and management on these changes
- Minimum CIPD qualification level 3 or above
- Previous experience as a HR adviser or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices
- Strong experience in Employee Relations
- Knowledge of employment policies and case law
- Experience and confidence to advise and influence others
- An organized approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience using people metrics
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
