About the Role:
Selwood Housing Group is a leading not-for-profit housing association dedicated to providing affordable local homes for our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Adviser to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support to employees and management on employment laws and best practices.
- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to drive people-related projects and improve HR metrics.
- Conduct performance management and policy development, as well as spearhead change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment policies and case law.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualification level 3 or above.
- Previous experience as a HR Adviser or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Strong experience in Employee Relations.
- Knowledge of employment policies and case law.
