About the Role:

Selwood Housing Group is a leading not-for-profit housing association dedicated to providing affordable local homes for our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Adviser to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to employees and management on employment laws and best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to drive people-related projects and improve HR metrics.
  • Conduct performance management and policy development, as well as spearhead change initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment policies and case law.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification level 3 or above.
  • Previous experience as a HR Adviser or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations.
  • Knowledge of employment policies and case law.
