Deputy Director of Data Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Director of Data Strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and ensuring that we have the necessary capabilities to deliver our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of our data strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that it aligns with our overall business objectives.
- Oversee the upgrade of our data capabilities, including the development of new data platforms and the improvement of our data governance processes.
- Work with diverse stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Collaborate with our digital and data teams to ensure that our data strategy is aligned with our overall technology strategy.
- Develop and implement a data governance framework that ensures the accuracy, completeness, and security of our data.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong track record of developing and implementing data strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with data governance and data management, including the development of data governance frameworks and the implementation of data quality controls.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with data platforms and data analytics tools.
