Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and operational management of our services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within the resources available.
- Act on behalf of the Director of Operations and as a core member of the Surgery Clinical Board team in leading on performance delivery, working with Directorates to ensure service priorities and targets are delivered in a timely way.
- Support the Director of Operations in providing leadership and direction in the development, analysis, and delivery of operationally relevant data to enable operational decision making and to monitor and improve operational performance.
- Lead on high-profile Health Board-wide projects and national priorities as required by the Director of Operations.
