We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to join our team. This role involves ensuring KeTech complies with relevant regulations and specifications, primarily Quality and Cyber standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing KeTech's Business Management Systems (BMS) and associated engineering, delivery, environmental, health & safety, and ethical policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality compliance duties related to KeTech's 9001 & 27001 certifications.
  • Ensure the business meets agreed quality compliance (legislation and objectives) and implement risk mitigation/control measures.
  • Maintain the Company BMS in accordance with organization plans and adherence to legislation and regulatory bodies' processes.
  • Review and implement revised and new BMS documentation, liaising with departmental heads to ensure standards compliance.
  • Manage client feedback and reporting to the Company management team.

General Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate external and internal audits and inspections.
  • Assist with statutory and mandatory training requirements in relation to quality and cyber security.
  • Attend management reviews to understand company direction and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Background in a quality environment with experience in continuous/process improvement.
  • Driven individual with energy and enthusiasm for delivering business goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work with and lead teams, providing guidance and support to deliver projects.
  • Must have a driver's license for travel between offices.
