Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance on Governance Compliance and Complaints at the site, ensuring timely submission of reports and adherence to policies.
  2. Patient Safety Culture: Support a culture of patient safety, promote learning from incidents and complaints, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  3. Investigations and Reviews: Assist with investigations, reviews, and thematic analysis, ensuring reports are submitted within given timescales and in accordance with policies.
  4. Patient Experience: Monitor patient experience across the site, review themes, and support changes to practice and policy in response to this.
  5. Service Improvement: Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to review service improvement plans, quality performance indicators, and assist in setting SMART objectives.
  6. Record Keeping: Ensure robust recording, monitoring, and tracking of CQC notifications, 24/72hr reports, and TIR/SI reviews.
  7. Complaints Management: Coordinate responses to patient complaints in accordance with the Complaints Policy.
  8. Analysis and Benchmarking: Assist with providing analysis, thematic review, and internal benchmarking in collaboration with colleagues and clinical networks.
  9. Clinical Audit and Policy: Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical audit and policy, ensuring that learning is embedded and sustained.
  10. Quality and Safety: Assist with ensuring continuous improvement in quality and safety, focusing on high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  11. Reporting: Prepare quality reports as required.
  12. Data Analysis: Utilize existing data systems and reports to support the site in improving patient experience and safety.
