We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at FFR. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring we maintain the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and continuously improving policies and procedures, monitoring and assessing our compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading a small team to drive high performance. They will also lead on the external accreditation process, conduct regular audits and risk assessments, and oversee our data protection strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and improving policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and assessing compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Leading a small team to drive high performance
  • Leading on the external accreditation process
  • Conducting regular audits and risk assessments
  • Overseeing the data protection strategy
  • Coaching managers on compliance and raising its profile in the business
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies and responding to enquiries
  • Leading on compliance audits
  • Preparing reports for senior management on compliance
  • Staying updated on industry trends and changes to regulations
  • Providing compliance input to business transformation projects and initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong compliance background. A hybrid working arrangement is available, with a presence in the office a couple of days per week preferred but flexibility around this is possible.
