We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Four Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business maintains the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and continuously improving policies and procedures, monitoring and assessing our compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading a small team to drive high performance. Additionally, you will lead on the external accreditation process, conduct regular audits and risk assessments, and oversee our data protection strategy.

To be successful in this role, you must be a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong compliance background. You will work closely with our senior management team to provide compliance input to various business transformation projects and initiatives.

Please note that this is a hybrid role, and we prefer a presence in the office a couple of days per week, but there is flexibility around this.
