About the Position
This SEN Teaching Assistant role involves working closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to ensure each student achieves their full potential.
You will:
- Develop and implement tailored educational plans to address individual student needs.
- Train in and consistently apply Positive Behaviour Support strategies/handling techniques to create a safe and inclusive environment.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to expand your knowledge and skills relevant to supporting autistic learners with various complexities.
