Regional Account Director

Forteve is seeking a seasoned Account Executive, Commercial Sales to drive sales growth in our UK South West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Execution: Execute sales plans to achieve agreed targets, including prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity conversion.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities to grow business and improve customer satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer support teams, to ensure aligned objectives and effective sales execution.
- Performance Metrics: Track and measure sales performance against key metrics, including revenue growth, sales cycle length, and customer acquisition costs.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience, preferably in a technical or medical device industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical, commercial, and digital literacy, including proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Travel: Willingness to travel regularly, up to 30% of the time, within the UK South West region.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales Orientation: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of around £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and incentives.
