Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated receptionist to join our team. This role will involve managing front desk operations, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues
  • Manage patient interactions, process appointments, and maintain accurate records
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in IT systems

Estimated Salary Range: £15-20 per hour, 26 hours 15 minutes per week, based on industry standards and location considerations.
