Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to promote employee adoption and engagement with new initiatives.
- Design and deliver effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned with organizational changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and barriers to change.
- Conduct impact assessments to ensure organizational structure and culture are aligned with changes in processes, systems, and technology.
- Develop and implement training and knowledge transfer plans to support employee development and adoption of new skills.
- Provide stakeholder management and communication support to ensure successful implementation of organizational changes.
- Proven experience in leading and presenting technology-enabled change, including Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and flexible working practices.
- PROSCI certification or equivalent preferred.
