We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Pensions Contact Centre team at Local Pensions Partnership. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our members, helping them with their pensions-related queries and concerns.
Salary and Benefits
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £22,900 per annum, working 37 hours per week with an early finish every Friday. Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality service to our members via phone, email, and other channels. You will work closely with our team to resolve member queries and concerns, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess first-class customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. You should also have a good understanding of pensions-related concepts and be able to apply this knowledge to provide accurate and helpful advice to members.
