Pension Administration Communications Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Communications Team Manager to join our team at The FISER Group. As a key member of our Communications Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication with our customers and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to meet customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Pension Administration Leadership team to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Design and deliver customer service training programs to enhance colleague skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of Local Government Pension Schemes and relevant legislation.

  • Proven experience in communications and people management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
