We are seeking an experienced Pension Administrator Lead to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As a key member of our CSD Team, you will be responsible for managing a team of senior administrators and administrators, overseeing complex pension administration tasks, and ensuring the smooth delivery of specific workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of up to 5 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Carry out complex pension administration tasks, including treasury and payroll management, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the delivery of specific workloads, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Check and authorize administrators' work, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Manage trustee bank accounts and investment of contributions, as well as pensioner payrolls and pension increases.
  • Manage complaints and errors, providing effective resolution and escalation procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Senior Pensions Administrator, with CPC qualification or willingness to pursue PMI accreditation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
