Senior Pensions Administrator Opportunity

IDEX Consulting is partnering with a leading pension consulting firm to find a skilled Senior Pensions Administrator to join their DB schemes team.

As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the administration aspects of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes on behalf of the scheme trustees. Your portfolio will consist of clients across various sectors, and you will work closely with scheme members, pension trustees, and other relevant third parties to ensure seamless administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical expertise in pensions administration with a proven track record
  • Experience working in a Defined Benefit pension administration environment
  • Deep understanding of defined benefit pensions schemes and UK pensions legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
  • Ability to manage ad-hoc and annual pension projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach to task completion and ability to work independently
  • Capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to clients and third parties
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of GMP Reconciliation / Equalisation calculations
  • Practical understanding of the Pension Protection Fund (PPF)
