We are working with a leading organisation that offers a unique blend of office and remote work arrangements. This award-winning employer is seeking an experienced Defined Benefit Pension Administrator to join their team.

As a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of DB occupational pension schemes, working with a portfolio of clients on an ongoing basis. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately processing pension administration tasks and calculations in accordance with internal processes and company/scheme policies
  • Drafting correspondence and reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support to consultants and account managers
  • Ensuring timely processing of client work and meeting target deadlines
  • Handling non-standard client/member queries and resolving issues efficiently

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Defined Benefit pension schemes, including manual calculations and administration tasks. You will also possess excellent prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
