We are seeking a skilled Pensions Administrator to support our service delivery to clients and individual members at Aptia Group. This role involves a variety of administration activities connected to the running of a pension scheme, including leavers, data changes, setting up benefits into payment, general policyholder enquiries, and annual scheme updates.

Key Responsibilities

Performing pensions calculations, with the support of your team, entering pensions data or answering enquiries. Working within specified timescales and producing quality work within this. Collaborating with the team to continuously improve processes and service to clients.

Requirements

Experience in pensions administration, including knowledge of DB pensions. Strong numeracy skills, comfortable working in a numbers-based role. GCSE level education with Mathematics and English Language Grade C or above.
