As a Principal Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for the following key areas: Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of senior administrators and administrators
  • Oversee complex pension administration tasks, including treasury and payroll management
  • Ensure the delivery of specific workloads
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff
  • Check and authorize administrators' work
  • Manage trustee bank accounts and investment of contributions
  • Manage pensioner payrolls and pension increases
Requirements
  • Experience as a Senior Pensions Administrator
  • CPC qualified or willing to pursue PMI accreditation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
