  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level).
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving KPIs, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
