Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Coordinator. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing your team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and stock levels
- Support the store manager in achieving business objectives and implementing company initiatives
- Build relationships with customers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive store environment
