Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, as well as generating new sales opportunities and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing existing customer accounts and identifying potential sales opportunities
  • Providing first-class customer-focused service
  • Providing quotations to customers and converting enquiries into sales
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Planning and arranging customer visits through solid call plans

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in equipment and machinery sales, including new, refurbished, and spares
  • Manufacturing, engineering, or steel/metal industry background
  • Proven track record of managing and developing customer accounts
  • Ability to generate sales enquiries, provide quotations, and convert to orders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
