Sales Development Manager

As a key member of Glu Recruit, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in our HOME and EXPORT markets. You will work closely with a diverse customer base across various industries, including Automotive, Bearing, Precision Engineering, and small engineering companies.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Development Manager. In this role, you will focus on expanding our sales pipeline, increasing revenue, and establishing strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Your primary objectives will include:
- Building and maintaining a robust sales strategy to drive growth and meet targets.
- Developing and executing effective cold calling campaigns to engage new leads.
- Managing and reviewing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to address them.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM databases.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid full UK driving license.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a bonus structure based on individual and team performance.
