Key Responsibilities
- Support, coach and mentor your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Work closely with the General Manager to create and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure standards and compliance are maintained in the General Manager's absence.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and promote a positive image of the pub.
