Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at an Outstanding-rated nursing home. Located in the Epsom area, this role combines supernumerary and clinical shifts, allowing you to work closely with a strong nursing team. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing all clinical aspects of care within the home, working alongside general management to ensure regulatory standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective induction and clinical supervision of staff, mentorship, and assessment of student nurses, as well as induction of new care staff.
  • To work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and Commission for Social Care Inspection standards.
  • Provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • A current NMC PIN RGN or RMN with some elderly Nursing experience.
  • A clear understanding of CQC standards.
  • Proven supervisory experience within a Nursing Home, having previously worked in roles such as charge nurse or senior nurse.
