About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at the Cricketers Inn, a traditional pub situated near a lake and opposite Epsom common. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and working together to create and deliver your vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, coach and mentor your team to ensure they are equipped to provide an excellent guest experience.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to create and deliver a vision for the pub, ensuring standards and compliance are maintained.
  • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere is created for our guests, and that they feel valued and cared for.
