About the Role: As a Deputy Store Manager at ProCook, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading a team of retail professionals, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and cash handling
  • Lead a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
  • Maintain store appearance and ensure all areas meet company standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in a retail management position, preferably in a high-volume store
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
