Store Leadership and Training Coordinator

About the Role: As a Deputy Store Manager at ProCook, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading a team of retail professionals, and driving sales growth. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a talent for leading teams, we'd love to hear from you.
Competitive Salary and Benefits: £42,500 per annum (plus benefits, including a bonus scheme, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement)
Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and cash handling
- Lead a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
- Maintain store appearance and ensure all areas meet company standards
Requirements:
- Experience in a retail management position, preferably in a high-volume store
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
