Job Title: Trades Training Coordinator

About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trades Training Coordinator. This role will involve working closely with apprentices, employers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of plumbing training programs
  • Work closely with apprentices to identify their training needs and develop personalized plans
  • Build strong relationships with employers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • A background in plumbing, preferably with an NVQ level 3
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
